Sharps Collection Program

​Reedsburg Police Department and Reedsburg Ambulance has partnered up!

Reedsburg Police Department and Reedsburg Ambulance are proud to announce a new community sharps collection site. The site will be located in the Reedsburg Police Department Lobby, 200 South Park Street, and available to the public 24 hours a day. This is a free opportunity for members of the community to safely dispose of their personal sharps.

Items that CAN go in the sharps container include:
  • Needles, syringes, and lancets.

Items that SHOULD NOT go in the sharps container include:
  • Aerosol cans, absolutely NO liquids, medications, other hazardous chemicals and waste.

​We ask that only individuals participate in this program, no businesses.
