Part-Time Employees
  • Schedule:  Schedule a month out and yearly weekend schedule. Low minimum monthly hours-worked requirement (48 hours a month) 
  • Flexible Scheduling- 12-hour and 24-hour shifts and others.
  • Wages: Competitive Additional holiday premium pay for working on any one or more of 9 holidays per year.  
  • Paid training
  • Overtime
  • Uniforms:  T-shirts, uniform shirts, and outerwear are provided plus $100 a year clothing stipend
  • Recertification: Reedsburg Area Ambulance Service provides all required training to maintain National Registry and Wisconsin certifications and Critical Care ( if applicable)
  • Benefits: Disability Insurance, Deferred Comp & more.

Full-Time Employees
  • Schedule:  Currently a modified California with a Kelly Day. Overtime and holiday pay eligible.
  • Wages:  Competitive wages.  Overtime for all hours worked in excess of 40/week.  Additional holiday premium pay for working on any one or more of 9 holidays per year.  
  • Paid training.
  • Uniforms:  All uniform clothing items are provided ( $300 a year stipend) 
  • Recertification:  Reedsburg Area Ambulance Service provides all required training to maintain National Registry Paramedic and Wisconsin Paramedic certifications with Critical Care.
  • Paid Time Off:  Sick Leave, Vacation, Holiday, Bereavement, Jury Duty, Military Leave, ect.
